1. Use of Our Website

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the website for fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Product Availability & Accuracy

We strive for accurate product listings, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders for reasons including stock limitations, pricing errors, or system issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for all purchases made through our website.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or inventory shortages. Customers may cancel orders before shipment; however, if fulfillment has begun, a 5% processing fee may be applied.

5. Preorders

Preorders are non-refundable unless canceled by the manufacturer, distributor, or The Forged Games. Release dates are estimates and may change.

6. Collectibles, Condition & Grading

Raw Singles: Conditions are listed accurately. Additional photos may be requested before purchase.

Graded Cards: Grades assigned by PSA, BGS, or CGC are final and not eligible for dispute.

Sealed Product: Must remain unopened. Cosmetic packaging variations and pull rates are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once a tracking number is issued, responsibility transfers to the customer. Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds. Lost or stolen packages must be claimed directly with USPS, UPS, or other carriers.

8. Returns, Refunds & Claims

All returns and claims follow our official Refund Policy. By purchasing from The Forged Games, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

9. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools
  • Attempting to bypass purchase limits
  • Misusing or duplicating our intellectual property
  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or customers

11. Intellectual Property

All images, text, branding, logos, and content on TheForgedGames.com are the exclusive property of The Forged Games. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Forged Games is not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, market fluctuations, shipping delays, misdeliveries, or website downtime. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York unless otherwise required by law.
