The Forged Games – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

We ship orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may increase during holidays, new set releases, or high-volume periods. Preorders ship according to distributor release schedules.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and speed. We currently ship using:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority Mail, Ground Advantage)
  • UPS (Ground, 2-Day, etc.)

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.


3. Packaging Standards

We package each product type carefully to ensure safe delivery:

Raw Singles

  • Penny sleeve
  • Toploader
  • Team bag
  • Rigid mailer or bubble mailer

Graded Cards

  • Bubble wrapped
  • Reinforced mailer or small box

Sealed Product

  • Padded to prevent dents
  • Box protection for larger/heavier items

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.


5. Preorders

Preorder dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise arranged.


6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect addresses. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to reship.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Customers must file claims with the carrier:

Damaged packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

Orders canceled before shipment may incur a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processor charges.


9. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Seasonal volume
  • Natural events

Once shipped, all delivery estimates depend on the carrier.
