The Forged Games – Refund & Return Policy

At The Forged Games, we take pride in providing authentic trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, and TCG supplies with honest grading, secure packaging, and fast fulfillment. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, and this Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and order issues.
1. General Return Policy
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Declining market value
- Condition disputes on raw cards that match the description/photos
- Opened or tampered sealed product
- Graded cards that match the grade listed
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Missing items
- Incorrect items sent
- Significantly not as described
Please email us at admin@theforgedgames.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Your name and contact details
We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may be denied.
3. Condition Policy (Raw Cards, Graded Cards & Sealed Product)
Raw Singles
All raw card conditions are listed accurately in the product title and/or description. If you require more photos before purchasing, please contact us — we will gladly provide additional pictures.
Graded Cards
Grades are determined by the grading company (e.g., PSA, CGC, BGS) and are not eligible for condition-based returns.
Sealed Product
Sealed items must remain unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for any claim.
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections to boxes, wrappers, or packaging
- Pull rates or contents of sealed product once opened
- Factory shrink-wrap or seal variations
4. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If this occurs, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:
We will assist with information for your claim when possible, but the carrier is responsible for final resolution.
5. Refunds (If Approved)
If your return or claim is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.
In some cases, The Forged Games may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a cancellation is requested after fulfillment has begun, a 5% payment-processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
7. Preorders
Preorders are generally non-refundable unless the product is canceled by the manufacturer, distributor, or by us.
Release dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may change. Delays in release dates do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
